NOW Again Honored as a “Great Place to Work”

NOW (Bloomingdale, IL) was again honored as being a “Great Place to Work” by the National Association for Business Resources in their Summer 2023 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. NOW was honored in three separate categories:

• 2023 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation (12^th consecutive year)
• One of the Top 101 Highest Scoring Winners for the entire National awards program
• 2023 Winner for The Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness (seventh consecutive year): highlighting companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative wellness, wellbeing, and human resource practices. This evaluation was based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness looking at outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation and incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment, according to the company.
